Return Rules for Physical Products

1. Return Window: We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on all eligible physical products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at adamwhitney651@sweetashelldesigns.com to receive a prepaid return shipping label.
3. No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns of physical products.

Return Rules for Digital Download Products/Collections

• Final Sale Items: All digital download products and collections are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.
